Project: Inspection and certification of 20 high-rise residential apartment buildings.
Role Duration: Until project completion (flexible, part-time hours).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations.
- Review and assess documentation related to building codes and standards.
- Issue completion certificates upon successful inspection.
- Maintain clear and accurate reports of each inspection.
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications Required:
- Ideally Valid Class 3 Building Inspector registration.
- Full driving license with the ability to travel to sites around Walsall and surrounding areas.
- Previous experience in inspecting high-rise residential properties is preferred.
