This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will provide general administrative and financial support to the department/service. They will undertake reception and/or greeting duties, answering routine telephone and face to face enquiries and will provide routine clerical support e.g. photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, and completing routine forms
They will also maintain manual and computerised records/management information systems, following instruction, as deemed appropriate to level, experience and client database task grading.
