Technical Surveyor needed in Colwyn Bay, £18.05ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1309238
To manage a team of technical and administrative staff. .
To provide a comprehensive specialist service to members of the public applying for assistance towards the cost of refurbishment and adaptations to their homes.
Provide a full design and management service from initial inception and survey, through a detailed design process, tendering procedure and onsite supervision through to completion of the agreed works.
This is a full time role on a temporary basis.
