Surveyor required to cover the Essex area, Day to day repairs, Major voids, Legal disrepair and AA feasibility inspections
The Essex area is the entire county from Harlow up to the Cambs border and across to Southend, incl. Chelmsford. Candidates will not great in-depth disrepair experience, we can train to the level we need as will involve completing a standard report, running through schedule of rates and providing any photographic evidence from pre-inspection report.
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis
