Resettlement coordinator £20.47ph ref 1270381
The Resettlement Team help to rehouse people coming out of prisons and hospitals. The role involves completing assessments in line with homelessness legislation, issuing notification and decision letters, completing Personal Housing Plans and moving vulnerable people into suitable accommodation.
The ideal candidate will have experience within housing, dealing with vulnerable people and working under The Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.
