Compliance & Planned Works Service Manager needed in Honiton.
The hourly rate is £289.16 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will have a strong compliance background. With experience of Asset Management and Planned Works. They should be an Effective People Manager – (Directly managing 2; responsible for Managing a team approx. 8 people) and have previous Project Management Experience.
They will take overall and strategic responsibility for the following areas of the housing stock; Building Compliance and Cyclical Servicing and Asset Management and Planned Works.
They will support team Managers in achieving the priorities and objectives and implementing the Housing Strategy, Housing Revenue Account Business Plan and Service Plan.
