Building Surveyor needed in Guildford, Surrey.
The hourly rate is £316.43 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will be a Building Surveyor for the Capital Projects and Monitoring section.
They will be responsible for the on-site monitoring, inspection, QA & compliance auditing of major housing capital contracts – including kitchen & bathroom refurbishment, roof renewal programme, major voids.
