Collisions Section Case Hand needed in Plymouth

The pay rate is £12.21ph PAYE

The successful candidate will provide an efficient and effective administrative service for the processing and recording of all collision files and ticket offences, the disclosure to 3rd parties in relation to civil litigation claims for collisions and the processing and ownership of conditional cautions.

They will maintain accurate files, inputting records onto computer systems, dealing with any enquiries and duties in relation to collisions as directed by their line supervisor. They will deal with telephone and other enquiries and specialist requests covering a range of details gathered as a result of the collision and which may come from partner agencies such as the local authorities or the Highways Agency, insurance companies, solicitors and from members of the public relating to their own collisions and civil claims.
